Best Price Guarantee Policy
1. Scope
- This Best Price Guarantee applies exclusively to reservations made directly via our official website, the hotel’s mobile app, or our in-house reservations service.
- It is valid for each confirmed booking. Unless otherwise stated, only direct bookings are eligible.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the guarantee, the following must be identical between your original booking and the competing rate found:
- Room type, number of guests, stay dates, meal plan (with or without breakfast), cancellation policy (refundable or non-refundable), and length of stay.
- The competing rate must be publicly available, instantly bookable, and accessible to everyone (no promotional codes, member rates, packages, or “opaque” sites such as Hotwire/Priceline), the comparison must be made in the same currency and include all applicable taxes/fees.
3. Claim Window
- You must notify us of a lower available rate within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation.
4. Required Proof
- Submit a full screenshot of the lower rate found clearly showing the website, hotel name, dates, rate, conditions (cancellation, breakfast included, etc.), and the date of capture, using our Best Price Guarantee claim form available on our website damedesarts.com.
5. Reward
If your claim is approved, you will receive:
- A 15% discount off the competing rate found;
- Guaranteed late check-out (subject to availability);
- Assistance from a dedicated reservations specialist.
6. Processing Time
- Once your complete claim form is received, our Customer Service team will respond within 48 hours.
- If approved, we will amend your booking—or issue a new confirmation—with the benefits applied.
7. Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply to:
- Group rates (more than 7 rooms), business, meeting or special event rates;
- Negotiated rates, private promo codes, member-only rates, or opaque booking sites;
- Offers that include other services (flight, car rental, etc.);
- Bookings made less than 24 hours before arrival;
- Price differences of less than 1% or only a few euros.
8. Modifications and Abuse
- Any fraudulent, repetitive, or abusive claim may be declined or result in suspension of access to the guarantee.
- Hôtel Dame des Arts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this policy at any time, with immediate effect and without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
- Any dispute will be handled individually, without class actions, under French law applicable to the hotel
