Our restaurant delivers elevated contemporary Mexican cuisine. We’ve created a playful menu with plates designed to be shared…or not! Chef Othoniel Alvarez Castaneda is at the helm of the sustainably minded kitchen presenting an evolving and seasonal menu of thoughtful dishes, each inspired by a hero ingredient.

Opening hours: Restaurant 12pm-3pm, 7pm-midnight every day, including Sundays; Rooftop Bar 6pm-11pm, weather dependent. Brunch is served every Sunday from 12 to 3pm.

THE CUISINE

Brittany oysters with spicy chilli oil and yuzo kosho seasoning, tuna sashimi on a corn tostada with chipotle or mushrooms with mole.

Plates are made for sharing but once your taste buds tingle with this fusion of French, Mexican and Japanese flavours, you may just want to keep them to yourself.

THE CHEF

After learning to cook with his grandmother, Mexican Chef Othoniel Álvarez Castaneda furthered his studies in France, adding an interest in Japanese cuisine. Now he loves innovating and incorporating new flavours into dishes that blend Mexican, French and Japanese cuisines, always ensuring that he uses the freshest of seasonal ingredients. “Experimenting with this fusion and the explosion of flavours is my passion,” he says.
